Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Analyzes business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
• Determines specific business application software requirements to address specific business needs.
• Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
• Acts as liaison with users of the software to address questions/issues.
• Analyze data and summarize data quality using summary statistical procedures through profiling
• Develop and analyze profiling reports to support data insights, including claims data, provider data, utilization data, clinical data and care management data.
• Provides notations of performance deviations and anomalies
• Create and publish periodic reports as well as any necessary ad hoc reports
• Make recommendations based upon data analysis.

Requirements:

• Requires a BS/BA degree, 3-5 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred:

• SQL experience and a healthcare background is preferred. 

Additional Details:

• M-F 8am-5pm EST - HM prefers EST or CT but open to candidates in MST or PT. Must be in continental US - no Hawaii or Alaska.
• 100% Remote
